I am not especially kind, but I am not particularly impatient with others who are not directly impacting me. If I feel impatient towards someone on an online forum, I can click on something else. And I figure it is more about me than them.
Plus, I figure sometimes one just keeps doing things a certain way until they don't. And no matter how many outsiders yell "stop it" or offer up what may seem logical or obvious - it doesn't make someone be different faster. Or it doesn't for me at any rate.
