What is it that you want to be better at?
I think if you start with a few minor things you can have a starting point. Otherwise, you'll overwhelm yourself and we don't want that!

Personally, I always think there's room for improvement. That's what keeps life interesting, you know? It's what helps to keep us from that "blah" phase.

A LOT of people will tell you not to compare yourself with others and for some I think this is sound advice. It depends on your personality. Personally, I strive when I compare myself with others. It's how I know if I'm being realistic or not. I have the "if she can do it, I can do it" or the "if she can get that, I can get that" mentality, . I'm afraid if I never compared myself to anyone else I'd have very low standards.

Just try to figure out which approach works for you and be open to TRY, . As long as you're trying things will fall into place.
