My T has always taken quick notes while we were in session. But its funny because he has this lame legal pad with a bunch of scribbles on it, which means he uses the same one for all his clients????

He has a haphazard way of keeping track of me, but he does remember our talks which I do appreciate. But that legal pad of scribbles, what a mess! I don't know why he even bothers! But I guess everyone has their way of doing things.. It doesn't bother me at all though.
