Great job Liz !!
My Lidocaine infusion from Thursday is still working pretty well . I would say im at a 5 which is a huge drop for me....
One thing I finally did learn when the infusions first started back in November ... Because my pain was a constant 7+ day in and day out for over 5 years.
I forgot what non fibro pain felt like or more so how to really notice the difference in detail.. Sure if I slammed my toe into the corner of a couch that pain was obviously not fibro.
Before my infusions started I have what seemed like an Xray of every area of my body... I was actually a bit shocked to find out that I have lots of arthritis and pretty hefty spinal stenosis just to start with.
So Lidocaine sometimes gives me a huge amount of relief and other times not so much.
I have been " trying" to be more aware of ways to lessen the amount of strain on my joints and just over doing all the amount of work I do at one time It's hard as I am the type that cant just clean one room, or start something and not push push to get it done.
Since the fiasco of my husband in the hospital which started on Friday the 13th no less. I havent really done more than cooking daily.. My house is a mess.. It's odd that I havent gone on a mass cleaning.. Maybe its Bipolar and I am having a mood shift? i dunno.
I think whats coming up is going to be tough. We bought all new flooring for our home. We are installing it ourselves so not only will there be the physical aspect of all that huge amount of physical labor and of course my house will be a total mess .. Just knowing we will be getting 96 boxes of flooring is going to make my brain melt

I "hope" that I am able to keep in perspective that for a while there is going to be mass clutter daily for a long time .. The end result is going to be amazing. Like walking into a new home.
Oh yeah and we have lots of painting we are going to do before we put down the flooring !
Wow I have most certainly rambled , alot.. sorry !
Gentle hugs to one and all..... just remember be kind to yourself
