thanks seesaw....please don't be sorry...I do not have diabetes yet...but I tend towards that with my sugar problem....I am insulin resistant now...I am trying to deal with that by watching my sugar intake...and the type of fats I eat...and the exercise that I am trying to do...I don't know how this is going to work out...because I am old and want my treats....but I don't want diabetes and dementia....my whole life I was a sugar freak and I think it impacted my mental health...I think
