i get daily exercise

it involves putting food in my mouth which exercises my jaw

i also walk from my bed to my car, then from my car to my desk at work... if i even go into work

sometimes i go to the gym... when i'm not lazy

but in all seriousness... whatever exercise you do, choose something you like. you're more likely to stick to it.
