In other news, high cholesterol levels BY THEMSELVES do not predict heart disease. If you have high cholesterol plus other risk factors, it's a problem.

Do you know how much research I had to do to get my GP to agree to no statins? LOL

Yeah, I know what you're saying... but my family doesn't have a history of cholesterol. It's entirely my fault.

I went to a nutritionist and everything.

The funny thing is, junk food doesn't have that many calories even though it's loaded with sugars and fats. You're talking to someone who used to eat donuts, candy, cake, and cookies for breakfast. Then for lunch was usually something like Popeyes fried chicken, pepperoni pizza, and possibly more junk food. Then dinner was the same thing.

The other sh*tty thing is that I'm 5 lbs underweight, so losing weight won't fix the problem! I'm a walking heart attack, I tell ya.

If you eat a donut, it's like 150-200 calories. If you eat a full breakfast, it's like 500 calories. Hence you don't get fat off junk food if you eat in moderation
