Mindfulness helps me with the anxiety and DBT "Emotion Regulation" has been helping me with the depression keeping the anxiety from starting.
Walking and fresh air for overall improvement and maintenance of wellness.
Square breathing for intense anxiety.
When thoughts race I yell "STOP!" in my head or out loud if I am alone. With the DBT stuff I find that mindfulness works better for me.
Look up DBT or Dialectic Behavioral Therapy on Google.
