
It's a good thing that you are able to walk. Force yourself to walk one hour a day at a fast pace. Occasionally, you might find that your body will release endorphins that will sooth you or you might be able to occasionally, "zone out" into a meditative state. Also, exercising everyday can make a person feel like they at least accomplished one thing for the day. If you keep forcing yourself, it might become a habit. Sincerely, Myst
