i've not replied to this thread yet (shame on me).

but here goes..

wanting to vomit but not actually being able too, resulting in a really horrible nagging feeling in my throat

bad stomach- feeling like it might suddenly explode and i might die.

breathing issues- probably caused by trapped vomit
