Totally happens to me!

When im cold, my mood is off. Not necessarily depressed like you though.
Once I got so manic it turned to paranoia and my husband found me in my winter coat 76 degrees in the house in a blanket crying about how cold I was.

Feeling cold is now one of my 'things to notice' when im switching moods or getting worse.
