I don't drink sodas. Don't eat sugar. Don't eat gluten, in its obvious form, bread other things like that. I don't use over the counter meds. I use essential oils. I know! [emoji15]. They work for me! All that being said...
I smoke and drink beer to my hearts delight. Logic???!!
Makes no sense to me. Crutch? Don't know! And it's 12:30 AM I should be in the bed by now.
