Suggestion: decide to treat that time as a 'sacrifice'/as your own time that you own and decide to spend it as a pleasure time, for resting and regeneration. After you expose yourself to stress, not only have you earned time for resting but also you need it in order to regenerate and be able to work again and become stronger. Constant exposure to stress without a time out is counter productive and dangerous for our healths, physically and psychologically. So decide to take up that time and enjoy spending it for yourself in order to rest and get even stronger. Enjoy life and do something good with it
