I'm sorry you're struggling, sometimes
everything feels too much, right??

And then maybe the best you can do is try to find/make a pocket of time for.........nothing............turn off/down the phone/s, find a space away from others, ignore any knocks on the door, cut out any distractions............and just cherish that time to "take a breathe"/away from..............and if there's anything you find relaxing you can do in that time. Even if it's only for five, ten, fifteen minutes, half an hour............whatever you can manage

But if time just marches on while you're struggling to keep up.............maybe each day, week, month that rolls over you is one day, week, month further towards feeling a little better............worth hoping, hey??
