If you have health insurance, call their customer service and ask who handles their mental wellness plan. I have Humana, and Psychcare is my mental wellness provider. They will be able to give you info on co-pays for visits and doctors in your area.

Bi-Polar are crisis teams not a nationwide thing? Just curious cuz i live in the NE and i always thought it was.
