I can really feel for you. The economic conditions of a family are almost the most stressful issues that must be delt with. There is no easy solution, but expressing your feelings is good so it doesn't stay inside & eat at you.

I am in the same position, only have filed for bankruptcy. Haven't completed the process because I am afraid that the final outcome of the bankruptcy will be to take away some of the little money I have left to live on. They can't take away my home because it is my primary residence, but I may walk away from that inorder to make what little money I have go a little farther, or at least until I can get through a second degree for a new career to keep me going.

Life it tough, but we will make it...
