Was always stimulants latterly... they are what caused the most trouble for me. Before that it was weed. I guess I've always drank a fair amount too. I've tried a lot of different drugs though... thankfully all that is in the past now. (I hope!)
My current crutch is nicotine, although I've successfully managed to switch to vaping for the time being.
