I ended up ordering the women's. I'm not worried about layering underneath. These jackets are pretty warm despite their thinness. At the most I would layer a long sleeve shirt plus my uniform polo...and I'm the queen of layering. At my old store, which I worked at November through January I would often go to work with 5 layers and you couldn't even tell!
Also with getting the women's no one will say anything about me wearing a men's uniform item.
It should arrive by next Friday...and I hope it comes by Thursday because I leave then for my brother's wedding, and I don't really want a package just sitting outside my door for 3 days. Not that I think anyone will take or mess with it, but still.
