I know this is kind of a dumb question but how bad is digging your fingernails into your arm? As in enough to leave a mark. I know it is still bad but I kind of justify to myself because it is not as bad as cutting. I am planning on telling my T about it but yeah... I don't know, I'm scared and ashamed.
