Yes, I understand--- it IS embarrassing. But that's OK.

I've had problems with this since I was in my early thirties-- due to two VERY difficult pregnancies/deliveries and thyroid disease(low thyroid) and I also never used to eat right-- have always been below normal weight.

Last year was so bad I couldn't get out of bed-- went to the doctor and was told I needed surgery! "Oh NO!! I don't think so"-- I told them. I'll figure it out myself thank you very much.

So, I've been trying to be more careful about not lifting heavy things, and adding fiber daily to my juice and eating fruit..... it's that darn chocolate though!--- just can't stay away from it!
Have YOU been eating chocolate too??

Well, I hope you are feeling better - I think all the suggestions are good-- one that I didn't see is-- a cream called-- Nupercainal (sp?)...... it has "dibucaine" as the active ingredient-- which numbs the area very well-- it's the only thing I've found that works for the type I have.
