When I had a job interview about a week ago, the aftermath sucked. My shoulders and back ached to the point where I just laid on the floor to make my body feel less tense. I was too tired and sore to stay awake but too restless to go to sleep.

It seems like the better I am at communicating, the more my energy levels decrease. It takes about 48 hours until I somewhat recover. The worst part is that it doesn't even have to be a long gathering. Even 20 minutes will do the trick.

How do you cope with the stress afterward? I start my new job on Monday and know it's going to drain the life out of me so I'd appreciate some suggestions to deal with that if anyone has found any effective methods.
