I have all sorts of ideas for you, but I don't think that's what you need right now.
Walking is good so long as you're safe. Nature always helps me.
Films are good. Are there any you really like that you could watch again?
My go-to is "Harold and Maude" because I get to cry but the movie ends so hopefully I feel better.
And watch the monkey blood. B-12 or Vitamin D helps, too.
