questions regarding disabilities are VOLUNTARY. You do not have to disclose your disability unless you need an immediate accommodation like wheelchair access or something. in most cases they are not going to find out unless you tell them or your severely disabled and its evident but if thats the case you would probably be on disability compensation and not have to work.
