About six months ago. I had just started a new ap and it hadn't really kicked in yet. Been calm, happy , and peaceful since. Are you taking an ap? I take Saphris and Geodon both. It really took care of my manic symptoms, and all my anger and rage. Hope you have peace tomorrow.
