Hi there,

I've recently stopped denying the fact that I binge eat after "fasting," and overall have an awful relationship with food. I would really appreciate advice on how to start the process of dealing with this/recovering.

What has helped you heal your relationship with food? Any recommendations for me? I know I need to become more aware of why it happens, but I'm just not sure where to start.
