...omg, now I started looking up more or less old-fashioned units of measurement, and found quite a lot that I had no idea existed! Howzabout the hobbit, or the firlot, or the octave? Not to mention the Muggeseggele! And the oxgang, which might almost be a word in Swedish (only we'd say "oxgång").
