I used to wear a watch but the bands irritate my skin now. I rely on my cell phone for the time, as I think many people do these days. The clock in T's office is in my direct vision! There is also one closer to me that my T looks at occasionally.

I am surprised that so many responses are about watching the clock so you can end early or just on time. I cherish every single minute with T and never in 6 years did I want to leave early! I hate to leave my session! I've felt the same about my former Ts too. It's hard to disconnect from the T. Always.
