I have to say that I have been lucky to not have any problems, at least so far, related to being targeted because I am older. And in addition, where I live, the police are very responsive to what they refer to as "quality-of-life" issues. If we call about something that is of concern, they show up.  |
Hi, Skeezyks. Thank you for reading and replying to my post. The police show up here too, but the problem is they are skeptical regarding things said by someone with a mental illness.
So I stopped calling the police. :/
The neighbors have not been waking me lately except for banging on the door in the wee hours, and I've been sleeping almost around the clock. Except for when I'm up for hours past bedtime with restless leg driving me crazy. It's a very weird situation.
