I guess... I will say very vauguely.. that I remember this.. based on length of time married and such... and I don't think you can have "signed" your rights away.. not on social security... other yes..

you can call and ask.. but I would ask more than once ask SSI.. as I have gotten "different" answers.. from different folks.. and they have a web site too..
