WOW, that's why I need the "habit change group" too. Doing something completely alone, gives this clammy feeling:
"Oh, is it a new day, how shall I be able to live through it"? 
While on the other hand, belonging to a group were everybody struggle to build their habits, gives me this feeling:
"Oh, what a beautiful morning, here I am struggling with my habits like the rest of you, but be sure I will do my part".
