So I went out today with my mom and she invites my sister, at first I was mad, but then I decided I will take this opportunity to use my DBT skills, instead of ignoring her I decided to try to create positive emotions by conversation and keep healthy boundaries. It actually turned out better expected and I no longer have those feeling towards her, and what a relief because we are going on a family vacation at the end of the month and having a good relationship will be much more pleasant then having unnecessary tension.
