I don't know what 4 looks like, I'm not in US, but I understand you are feeling unhappy because you have lost weight through stress.
This has happened to me in the past, and it is awful, also quite isolating because most people complain of putting weight on so many don't appreciate how unwanted loss in a problem.
I aimed to eat calorie rich, nutritious food when I could to maximise gain. That said, I think the best solution by far is solving the cause of the stress - but that is not always easy.
