Do you think it would be easier to say something using humor to get your point across? I'm thinking something like, "T, I would totally agree with your opinion if it was right."
Just a thought. I'm still trying to get to the point where I can disagree with others and not worry about them getting angry/leaving, etc. I wish you the best of luck!!
