Hey. Welcome. I think you will find it to be so nice here. It is so great to be able to talk openly about what is going on with you. I remember the first time I wrote here. I decided to just go for it and I wrote very detailed about this really really dark and self destructive episode, things I could NEVER tell ANYONE. Even if they were bipolar. And I checked in a few hours later and there were all these messages being like
'I hate it when that happens'
And it was so rewarding to feel heard and to feel like I have people. I hope you have that feeling.
Bipolar feelings are real feelings. They just don't all need to be reacted to.
When I have a sense that I am having a bipolar episode, I just try not to take actions or make decisions.
