Even me - to get up by 9am every morn, then self care which includes hygeine and physical exercise and a bit of mental exercise as well. And when I am able to do this, then a bit of housework too - like cleaning my room and ironing my clothes.
But I will have to find out a way to schedule these tasks so that I can do them and dont feel overwhelmed.

Right now I am in a pretty bad condition.
