The phone counseling I signed up to do. Just the thought of it is scaring me. I have been up for a while. I woke up very early, or, late, however you want to say it. I am in physical therapy too, for tendonitis. and I'm very triggered being there for some reason. I think I am going to call in sick tomorrow.
