I don't do a lot of exercising.  Mostly I just walk. I do keep my weight down toward the bottom of the normal BMI range for my height & gender. Actually, at the moment, I may be even a bit below the normal range. I weigh myself every day. And if I see myself starting to gain weight, I cut back. I don't have an eating disorder. But I am pretty compulsive about keeping my weight just as low as I can. I'm pretty-much hungry all the time. But I've just taught myself to ignore it.

Im at that point as well. I look at the scale every morning to make sure that it goes down rather than go up. It's frustrating. I'm always hungry as well in what I'm having now. I saw someone at the supermarket yesterday and we were talking diet and now I feel like I have to cut out more. It's not easy.
