You have a terminal illness and you will die in 1 day. This terminal illness does not affect anything (your brain functions fine, your organs function fine, you can still walk, etc. etc.). It only means that your heart will stop in 24 hours and there is nothing you can do about it. Attempts at resuscitation will fail.

What do you do on your last day?
