I vape 50% PG/VG. I weaned myself off of nicotine after my last IP. (I went to a hospital that actually allowed smoking, of all things.) I find I still need to put something in my mouth when I stress, and gum or straws don't cut it. My husband still adds nicotine to his but I found that nicotine by itself stimulates me too much. I've tried to quit using patches and gum and it just winds me up.
