Here we have something called the "Baker Act" which means anyone can say they think you're a hazard to yourself can petition for an involuntary mental health hold (72 hours or not more than 72 hours I can't remember). My friend said she's come pretty close a couple of times to refer me. We've been friends forever and insult each other all the time. Just messing around and when she said that I thought she was kidding, but I played it back in my head later and asked her and she told me she was serious. I feel a disaster inside but I THOUGHT I gave the appearance of togetherness. Guess not.
