Other: No, because I do not intrude on other people's personal lives in that way - I can only think of one person it wouldn't feel wholly inappropriate to say something that personal to, and he is the one who suggested therapy to me. I also don't tell people that I'm in therapy because it is nobody else's business but my own and my therapist's. If it were an acceptable topic of conversation, perhaps I might recommend it because it has been helpful to me, but it has also been very unhelpful indeed for me and for others, so perhaps I wouldn't.

I am not saying that people who make different choices and/or live in different cultures from me are intrusive or inappropriate. The above is what is true for me and in the culture I grew up in.
