I'm an organized mover, have my lists, get things done etc. But still unplanned things happen during a move, like this week I lost something I now have to replace. More $$$.

Someone told me I should worry more selectively as
I worry about everything, so I am trying to prioritize what I worry about, and that helps a bit. I sleep okay. Ordinarily I am a pretty high achiever and maybe the anxiety is about wanting to achieve more. For the last few years mental problems have gotten in the way. But I think I will follow your advice and step things up a bit. You are right. For me doing
more things doesn't increase anxiety...it actually
reduces anxiety, I think.
I am willing to experiment. Good tip, Notz. I will try to throw myself more into this move...
