Well, stop that! Why believe things you
know aren't true? When I get stuck in a bad place I decide to believe that "something" (interesting, good, helpful, whatever) is going to happen to me "soon" and I start looking forward to it. It gets to be fun hurrying around the next corner believing it might be there. Eventually it does show up :-)
I still remember one of the first times I decided something was going to happen, went out to get the newspaper at the curb and found a key in the gutter! I tried the key in my front door

and it fit but wouldn't turn. So I carried the key around all day to see what I'd find that the key would "fit" (have the answer, what's the question :-) Something I'd been wrestling with awhile came up again that day and I realized what the "answer" was and decided that was the key/keyhole combo for the day. I wouldn't have been looking for it if I hadn't found that key.
Find yourself a "key" of some sort (I use to take $10 and go to an "antiques" marketplace with 300+ stalls and find what one thing I wanted/needed -- works well in grocery stores too; if you could buy one item for yourself, what would it be?).
Like Echoes says, we're here, think of something/somehow you could feel supported by us; we'll give it to you 110% I guarantee. But it's your belief.
