Has anyone else seen this film?

I watched it last night, with a friend of mine. It was a really good film. But i found it quite triggering. Especially when the guy(none of them have names) was in the motel and cut and burned himself. I was sitting watching it and i thought [censored], i can't be watching this with my friend(doesnt know i cut)..i need to cut I felt really uncomfortable, and he stayed for ages after we watched the film andi just wanted to go to bed, had a bad headache too.
