Yeah these are both things to be brought up with DocJohn. However as a moderator, I'm glad I don't have a fixed schedule about when I'm here, since its a volunteer thing and I'm here when I can be. There usually is a moderator online during peak times, just not necessarily in chat, since we're moderating the forums. We're only a few keystrokes away when we're online, so please don't hesitate to "come get us".
