Very scared and anxious about going back to work tomorrow after 1 week off for the flu and another week to go through the beginning's of titrating up Seroquel again.

I'm afraid I won't get up on time, I'm afraid I'll forget how to do certain stuff at work (it's still a relatively new job), I'm afraid of sedation and cognitive/memory difficulties bc of the Seroquel. I also really get dry mouth from it, and since I'm an interpreter and talk all day, I eventually get to the point where I sound like I've had a stroke as far as my speech. Yes, very scared and anxious...
