((((hugs)))) slowly, the anxiety died down. i still get the vertigo. it just comes off and one, every other day, skipping a day in between. i've read that it can take weeks for it to go away. if not, i'll go to an otologist. i've had no other symptoms other than this spinning of vertigo, and the meclizine takes care of it with no problems.
