Got some neurofeedback mostly for my staying awake issues (let's say that working on my fanfiction -- I know, I know -- kind of kept me awake). Watched some more of the 2005 King Kong and Ann is just...awesome. Seriously, she is. And the dynamic with her and Kong does play out well, even if the dynamic between him and Ann is something I've gotten a bit tired of, quite honestly. Basically, the presence of a woman being needed to tame a man (or male, in this case). It was probably the case in the original Kong, though, so I guess the movie is carrying on a different perspective. Still, I would like to see a book or a movie where things get changed up a little bit. Like...I dunno, the beauty is just as messed up as the beast. Or...anything, really. A bit of shaking up would be interesting.

That said, the movie is still very awesome and I can't wait to see more of it. Seriously.
