I am sorry to say, no I haven't tried it. I haven't tried anything. I only noticed the overeating within the last year. Looking back I see the problem has existed since around 1996, but just became really bad this past year. I see my therapist today, I am going to talk to her about - well, that I have this problem. I think we always glossed it over before because there were more immediate issues.
Also, I can't stick to things. The BP, BPD, GAD and overcoming agoraphobia, now with BED - I am just really un - umm. Frick, whatever the word is that means (oh, lol that means...) unrealiable!

Ya, that is me. Very inconsistent.
The only thing that has become consistent is over eating, and I hold onto it like a buoy.
