Hi I'm really annoyed and shocked at this

Just had an important letter from my solicitors posted to me and also same would have been posted to my ex. It arrived in a tatty envelope, handwritten addressed to myself but the hand writing was atrocious I'm truely shocked.

At first I thought it was a joke but no, that's how they deliver important documents. Scribbled and barely readable

Should I say something?
